Achieving ISO 9001:2015 certification means that an organization has demonstrated the following: Follows the guidelines of the ISO 9001 standard. Fulfills its own requirements. Meets customer requirements and statutory and regulatory requirements. Maintains documentation.

This (ISO 9001) course teaches the principles and practices of effective quality management system audits in accordance with ISO 9001 and ISO 19011, “Guidelines for auditing management systems”. Our experienced trainers will guide delegates through the entire audit process, from initiating the audit through to conducting audit follow-up.

The purpose of this lead auditor course is to provide knowledge and skills required to perform first, second, and third-party audits of quality management systems (QMS) against ISO 9001, in accordance with ISO 19011 and ISO 17021, as applicable. Capitalizing on the powerful Accelerated Learning Technique, this lead auditor course spends a good portion of the time on discussions, exercises and case studies to help students to consolidate knowledge and acquire hands-on experience that are instrumental in their capacity as a QMS auditor or as a quality function personnel.
Students who passed the continuous assessment and the 2-hour closed book examination will be awarded a Certificate of Achievement.

Reqirements

    • You should have a good knowledge of ISO 9001:2015 and the key principles of a QMS. If not, we strongly recommend you attend our ISO 9001:2015 Lead Auditor Course Requirements course. It will also help if you have attended an internal or lead auditor course or have experience with conducting internal or supplier audits.
