Comparative Education Service (CES)
The University of Toronto started the Comparative Education Service (CES) in 1967. It is the only agency in Canada that looks at academic credentials and is based at a university. Employers and professional organizations all over Canada trust CES because it has over 50 years of experience in education. Reports from the CES are respected in Canada and around the world.
CES is a proud member of the Alliance of Credential Evaluation Services of Canada and is recognized by the Canadian Information Centre for International Credentials (CICIC) (ACESC).
You can use CES assessment reports to help you get a job or get the licenses you need to do a job in Canada. Immigration, Refugees, and Citizenship Canada (IRCC) uses our reports to help people get jobs (for the purpose of Canadian immigration, CES has been designated by IRCC as an approved assessment provider)
